「Listen to」は「聞く」や「聴く」といった意味です。

類似の表現として「hear」という言葉もあります。例えば、混雑した場所で遠くで起きた音が耳に入るなど、意識していない場面では「hear」が使われます。

一方で、「listen to」は意識的に聞く、注意深く聞くといった意味合いが強いです。
