I had a fantastic time there with my friends last week.
（先週、そこで友達と素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。）

have a time は、「時を過ごす」という意味です。

例えば、have a good time なら「楽しく過ごす」という意味になり、have a difficult time なら「困難な時を過ごす」という意味になります。このように形容詞によって、過ごす時の種類には様々な形があります。
